Mu Hwadam’s green fig are pesticide free and you can enjoy the whole fig including the nutritious peel. Compared to red figs, green figs are smaller have sticky texture, and with its high sugar content the sweetness stays longer. Most of Mu Hwadam’s green figs grow outdoors. So, they are harvested during August to early November. Sweet , sour , healthy and delicious natural snacks The period of circulation of figs are very short after harvest , so it is hard to eat continuously . In order to overcome these problems , we made dried figs . It is sliced and dried green figs grown in Haenam 100%, and a natural food without preservative , pigment and additives.
